Behind the scene of my recent photoshoot with Alicia & Meeko.

I was there for the ‘lookbook’ shoot with Alicia & Meeko. Meeko joined the Griggs family a year ago, and naturally Alicia was very excited to have photos with him. “Pictures are about creating memories, after all…. it’s more about having fixed memories of yourself at a certain time, in a certain place, and perhaps with a loved-one, to look back on.” – Alicia noted.

Meeko is a natural poser with a tendency to wander on his own. That was my impression of the boy. It was a sunny day which complemented very well his ginger coat; now and then, I would catch a glimps of his shiny figure as he explored his back garden, similar to a little tiger on a special mission. Closely resembled to Meeko was his companion Alicia in a mellow yellow dress.

On the other hand, we hope to use the photos from this shoot for Alicia’s blog to promote cruelty-free lifestyle, in particular animal-friendly beauty such as makeup & skincare – vegan beauty. Often, people would be quick to relate veganism to the choice of food, but think little about what is in that tube of our favourite mascara.
